About K&M Capital
K&M Capital is a lending enquiry and referral platform operated by K&M Solutions and Services Pty Ltd, a company registered in New South Wales, Australia.
K&M Solutions and Services Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and does not engage in credit activities as defined under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act). K&M Capital operates as an enquiry collection and referral platform only.
Where credit assistance is required — including helping a borrower apply for credit, recommending a credit product or assisting in preparing an application — this is provided exclusively by our licensed broker partners and credit representatives who hold or operate under an Australian Credit Licence.
What K&M Capital does
K&M Capital provides a platform that allows borrowers to:
- Submit a lending enquiry and provide supporting information
- Be connected with accredited brokers or licensed referral partners
- Track the progress of their enquiry
- Upload documents securely for their broker or lender to access
K&M Capital does not: provide credit advice, recommend specific loan products, assess loan applications, make lending decisions or guarantee access to any lender or product.
Credit assistance — our broker partners
When your enquiry is connected to a licensed broker or credit representative, that broker is responsible for providing you with their own Credit Guide, assessing your needs and objectives, and recommending suitable credit products. The broker operates under their own ACL or as a credit representative of an ACL holder.
You are entitled to receive a Credit Guide from any credit licensee or credit representative before they provide you with credit assistance. Please ask your broker for their Credit Guide.
Important information about lending outcomes
Any lending outcome is subject to:
- Lender assessment, credit criteria and eligibility requirements
- Income verification, identity verification and valuation
- Responsible lending obligations under the NCCP Act
- Final approval by the lender

Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint about the K&M Capital platform or referral process, contact us at info@kmcapital.com.au. If your complaint relates to credit assistance provided by a broker, direct your complaint to that broker in the first instance. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
